Terms & conditions for new hires and employees on leave of absence

New hires receive an annual credit after a 90 day probation period which may be used toward the purchase of store merchandise. Employees on leave of absence will not receive additional store credits while on leave.

 

How do I use my store credit?

Provident Credit Union employees receive an annual credit (after 90 day probation period for new hires) of $125 which may be used toward the purchase of store merchandise.  You may apply all or part of the credit to your order.  When you log into your Provident Credit Union Store account you will see your available store credit at checkout or by clicking the “Store Credit” button within “My Account”.

 

Do store credits expire?

Store credits remain in your account until applied toward a purchase.  Note that credit balances are forfeited upon termination of employment.

 

What if the amount of my purchase is greater than my store credit?

If your order total exceeds your available store credit you may complete your purchase by paying the additional amount with a credit card.  Simply apply your available store credit and you will be prompted for credit card details at checkout.

 

What other payment methods are accepted?

Store purchases can be made with store credit, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or Paypal.

 

Is there sales tax?

Applicable sales tax will be added to your order at checkout.

 

Is there a cost for shipping?

Shipping is FREE within the contiguous United States.

 

How are orders shipped?

Orders are shipped via trackable ground shipping (UPS, FedEx, USPS).

 

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped you will receive a notification with a tracking number.

 

What is production and delivery time?

Orders are produced and delivered in 2-3 weeks.

 

Are items returnable?

Damaged items or items shipped in error may be exchanged or returned for a full refund.  Please email storesupport@thepromotionsdept.com  for assistance.  Note that all Provident Credit Union Store merchandise is produced to order and may not be returned or exchanged for any other reason. 

 

How do I know what size to order?

Men’s and women’s garments are true to size.  Check the size chart link within each item description for sizing details.

 

How are items decorated?

The decoration method and location for each item is indicted in the product images and product descriptions.
